The data we process
We process contact details for people representing a customer or prospective customer (name, email address, phone number, role/job title), as well as technical information about your visit to the website, such as the pages you visit, what you click, the type of device and browser, and approximate location. We also process information provided in connection with insurance broking, such as a description of the business, insurance needs and financial circumstances where relevant to the assignment.
Where we obtain the data
In most cases, we receive the data directly from you. In some cases, such as information about other employees of our customer, we receive it from the customer’s company in connection with the assignment.

Who receives the data
We share information with insurers in connection with placements and with the IT providers we use for CRM, document management, meeting administration and web analytics. These providers process the data as processors under data processing agreements, not for their own purposes. Some of our providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. In such cases, we ensure adequate protection through the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Cookies
We use necessary local storage to remember your cookie settings. If you approve analytics, we also use a web analytics service to understand how the website is used. The site loads no marketing services. Non-essential cookies may only be used after your active consent. How long we retain the data
We retain the data for the duration of the customer relationship and subsequently for the retention periods required by accounting and insurance distribution legislation. Web analytics data is kept for as long as it is needed to monitor and improve the website. The statistics use no cookies or storage in your browser and are not linked to you as a person.
